Disculpas / Apologies

English below (just look for the blue text),

Buenas,

Y yo no hablo holandés :-))

¡Amsterdam Prevalece! :-))

------------------ English Version ------------------

Hi,

Today I should have talked about something different but in the end, destiny, which always has a fine sense of irony, has decided I shouldn't do so ...

Today is the day to apologize :-))

First of all, I apologize to you, the reader, for the RSS change: is going slower and I am trying to know how to fix. Once is finally solve I'll inform you :-)

Secondly, I apologize to the old friend who I have seen today, after some problems with the agenda and with my knee, in the end I have not seen him since I came to Amsterdam ... I have already seen, he's doing great and that is marvellous :-)

Thirdly, I apologize to Edwin (and this post is dedicated to him), a Dutch blogger with whom I have had today a "Lost in Translation" ...

At the time, Edwin put a link from his blog to this... Edwin writes in Dutch and yesterday I discovered that link via Technorati ... I went to his blog and I saw it, though it was in Dutch ...

And I do not speak Dutch :-))

I sent him a message to explain what did he write (I do not speak Dutch) but in the end, curiosity kills me, I put the text into an online translator. The result was very strange: it seemed as if he was using my blog as a negative example of integration of Google Adwords in the text.

I returned to his blog to leave a message, requesting explanations from what I got translate with the on-line software.

And then he replied: He was very polite (he replied in his blog and in mine too) explaining that, on the contrary, what he was saying is that he had used my blog (found by chance) as an example of that integration (ads between Announcements).

I replied immediately requesting apologies and, as it must be, explaining to him my misunderstanding (and here it is :-)).

Edwin is studying Spanish so I hope this text (and also this blog) will help him you learn a little bit more about Cervantes' language :-))

And finally, apologies to Sara, who today couldn't find my post when she visited it :-))

That's it: there's more tomorrow, ¡Amsterdam prevails! :-))

Paquito.
