Ha sido una semana ajetreada: poco a poco voy perdiendo la fatiga mental (me estoy acostumbrando) y, curiosamente, estoy perdiendo peso (unos 5 kilos ya)...
Anoche tuve una fiesta genial: fue una barbacoa en un apartamento en el centro de Amsterdam, con un montón de personas de diferentes nacionalidades y, la verdad, fue uno de esos momentos donde uno procura escuchar mucho y conocer a personas interesantes (porque este mundo está lleno de gente que tiene muchas cosas que contarnos)...
La cosa acabó a las 5 de la mañana, con dos alemanes, un holandés y yo recogiendo algunas cosas... Una hora antes una interesante discusión se abrió cuando (una vez más) una alemana y yo nos pusimos a hablar sobre su país... Siempre se ríe porque le alucina que haya alguien que tenga "clichés positivos" hacia Alemania pero, como siempre le digo, hay una parte de mi corazón que está esperándome en su tierra...
Pero lo más divertido empezó sobre las 3:00 cuando, de pronto, mi cabeza engendró una idea que tengo que poner en papel lo antes posible (son cosas que pasan en esos episodios de lógica difusa que tengo... Son las 3 de la mañana, estás de fiesta en una casa hablando sobre porqué las iglesias no fueron bombardeadas en la Segunda Guerra Mundial (servían para marcar objetivos) y de pronto se te ocurre una idea para tu trabajo (algo divertido, sencillo y que creo que puede aportar mucho valor)...
En esta fiesta me propusieron además uno de esos planes que uno no puede rechazar (de hecho, algunos matarían por algo así) y, como soy así de "especial", lo tuve que declinar con todo el dolor de mi corazón (fuerza mayor en este caso)...
Es curioso: ya es la tercera cosa "excepcional" que rechazo... Algún día diré que sí, algún día podré y ese día será divertido...
Hoy he estado comprando unos regalos para un cumpleaños: en mi camino, una vez más, además de ver los anuncios del iPhone en la calle (terrible tentación para alguien como yo) he estado un ratito jugando con un Macbook (en serio: ese bichito tiene que ser mío)...
Las cosas van despacio y mañana se presenta un día en la Biblioteca Central, lugar donde, como siempre, quizás puedas encontrarme :-))

It has been a busy week: I am gradually losing the mental fatigue (I'm getting used to my daily mental workload) and, curiously, I'm losing weight (about 5 kilos already) ...
Last night I had a great party: it was a barbecue in an apartment in Amsterdam, downtown with a lot of people from different nationalities and, indeed, was one of those moments where one seeks to know and hear a lot of interesting people (because this world is full of people who have many things to tell you) ...
The thing ended at 5 am with two Germans, one Dutch and I collecting some things in order to arrange the apartment... One hour before, an interesting discussion was opened when (once again) a German and I got to talk about her country ... She always laughs because she hallutinates about the fact that someone has "positive cliches" about Germany but, as I always say, there is a part of my heart that is waiting for me in that land...
But the funniest began about 3:00 when, suddenly, my head spawned an idea that I must put on paper as soon as possible (this are the kind of things that happen in those fuzzy logic episodes that I have ... It's 3 AM, you are partying at a house while talking about why churches were not bombed in World War II (they were used to mark targets) and suddenly you have an idea for your work (something funny, easy and that I think it can create a lot value) ...
During that party, for instance, someone offered me one of those plans that noone should ever refuse (indeed, some people would kill for something like that) and, as I am, well , let's say, "special", I had to decline it with all the pain in my heart (force majeure this case)...
Curiously, it is the third "exceptional" thing I have to reject... One day I would accept one of them and that day, believe me, it is going to be fun...
Today I was buying some gifts for a birthday: in my way, once again, in addition to seeing ads on the streets about the iPhone (a terrible temptation for someone like me) I've been playing for a while with a Macbook (seriously: I want to buy that jewel) ...
Things are going slowly and tomorrow it is going to be a day at the Central Library, where, as usual, perhaps you may find me :-))

A mi Alemania me gusta por la gente (y porque es un país muy bonito también, aunque ésto me importa menos :-)).
Contaré las cosas que me llamen la atención, como siempre: aunque también me encanta leer las aventuras de los demás (y tu también tienes un montón de cosas alucinantes :-)).
